This quilt top is made from a Missouri Star Quilt Company tutorial of the Double Slice pattern. At the last meeting of my quilt guild, someone showed a completed quilt that was made from this pattern and it inspired me to make one, too. It's such a fun scrappy quilt.
I've had this SoHo Chic layer cake since 2014 and didn't have a plan for how to use it, so I decided to use it here. Then I found out that the person in charge of our Alabama Children's Home outreach was in need of sofa sized quilt tops, and I thought this would be a great use for this top. I'll be donating the coordinating yardage that I have, too.
The top measures approximately 54 x 63 inches, and uses all of one layer cake of fabric.
